Refund Policy

Varga has a 30-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase, with all accessories, show no sign of use, and the inside protective film of any goggles must not be removed. For that reason, please check and confirm the face fit and helmet fit of your goggles before peeling off the protective film.

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at hq@varga.ski. Once accepted, we’ll send customers with Canadian addresses a prepaid, printable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For customers outside of Canada, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm your eligibility for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
